These light spacious units are ready to go with the freedom to choose your own electricity and communication suppliers. The spaces are empty for you to bring your own furniture, storage and equipment.

A standard copper telephone line is available in this semi rural location. The spaces would be most suited to creative enterprises with a lower dependency on the internet as broadband speeds average between 2 and 8mbs. There is however a DCMS initiative for Better Broadband which the site is eligible for

There are 2 allocated parking spaces and access to the shared space in Unit 1
